弘业国际金融控股有限公司原名弘苏期货，2011年10月20日在香港注册成立。2019年12月更名为弘业国际金融控股有限公司（以下简称“弘业国际金融”）。弘业国际金融是弘业期货股份有限公司的香港全资子公司。

弘业国际金融持有香港证监会第1类牌照（证券交易）和第2类牌照（期货交易），中央编号为：AYT086。弘业国际金融下设弘业国际资产管理有限公司（以下简称“弘业国际资管”），弘业国际资管持有香港证监会第4类牌照（就证券提供意见）和第9号牌照（提供资产管理）,中央编号为：BHY994。

弘业国际金融目前可交易全球主流的境外期货产品，包括农产品期货、金属期货、能源期货、利率期货、汇率期货、指数期货等，覆盖包括CME（芝加哥商品交易所集团）、 ICE（洲际交易所）、LME（伦敦金属交易所）、 HKEX （香港期货交易所）、 Eurex （欧洲期货交易所）、SGX（新加坡交易所）和TOCOM（东京商品交易所）以及等全球大型交易所。弘业国际金融也可交易以下证券产品：股票、交易所买卖基金、房地产投资信托基金、牛熊证等。

Holly International Financial Holdings (Holly International Financial),once called Holly Su Futures, was founded on October 20th 2011 in Hong Kong. Holly International Financial was wholly acquired by Holly Futures Co. Ltd (Holly Futures), and it has been owned by Holly Futures since then.
