Sibanye-Stillwater Limited前称为Sibanye Gold Limited，于2017年8月宣布更为现名、2020年2月更改证券代码，为全球贵金属矿业公司。
SBSW主要从事黄金、铂族金属之金属混合物生产，其产品包含黄金、铂族金属及其副产品。
SBSW拥有其项目依地区可分为南非地区及美洲地区，南非地区包含黄金项目Beatrix、Cooke、Driefontein、Kloof；铂族金属项目则包含Kroondal、Rustenburg operations、Mimosa、Platinum Mile；其他项目包含Burnstone、Kloof Decline、Driefontein decline、WRTRP、SOFS。美洲地区则为铂族金属项目，包含East Boulder、Stillwater、Columbus Metallurgical Complex；其他项目包含Blitz、Altar、Marathon。2020年2月11日，公告与SGL集团内部重组相关计划。
