National Grid(英国国家电网)是一家位于英国伦敦的控股公司，经营范围包括英国电和供气传输、气体发行，美国电传输和气体发行、无线基础设施，该公司拥并有英国最大的天然气传输业。在美国业务方面，于2000年曾收购了新英格兰电子系统(New England Electric System)和东部公用设施联盟(Eastern Utilities Associates)，2002年该公司又收购了Niagara Mohawk。截至2006年又收购Southern Union Co.(SUG)位于罗德岛的天然气分销业务。
